hese Slides form the
documentation of a tour of Dalmatia and Herzegovina in early 1896.

They include images of an old map with the journey inked on and a dated letter addressed, presumably, to the photographer.

With my interest fired, I created a website to show off the slides and appealing for help identifying them.

When Nikola contacted me with a wealth of information on each slide in the collection, it made perfect sense to combine the images with this amazing text and a new, improved website was born.
